Climb on a beam, jump on our trampolines, swing on our bars, and HAVE FUN!
Our Open Gym is a time to run, play, exercise, and practice gymnastics skills. Our open gyms are supervised by our safety certified instructors. All participants MUST wear athletic apparel.
Due to the pandemic: Pre-registration is required for all our Open Gyms, and we only accept up to 9 participants per each group. Groups rotate to different zones with their coach throughout the Open Gym time in a structured format rather than free reign in the gym.
