| Details: | Preparing for Postpartum Beyond, is a 1 day class a (10:30am - 5pm) that covers everything from the Golden Hour (1 hour after birth) thru your postpartum period.
There will be a lunch break available.
We will cover breastfeeding (full prenatal breastfeeding class) and proper bottle feeding techniques, and how to prepare a bottle.
Postpartum self care and full newborn basic care skills. This class will you ready for your postpartum period and beyond!
