| Details: | Every Sunday we'll be taking some cold dips into the lake at Independence Point to do a little Wim Hof cold exposure in our beautiful Lake Coeur d' Alene.
This is not an official Wim Hof Method workshop. We are a holistic health-based brand and we want to spread the wellness opportunity to our local community.

A towel or two to dry off and one to step on when you get out of the water
