| Details: | This is one of our regular weekly rucks, open to all (kids and dogs welcome). Meet in the back parking lot of Meddlesome Brewing and we will step off at 2:00pm and ruck 3 miles in Cordova. The target pace is 18 to 20 minutes. Afterwards you're welcome to stick around and enjoy some beers and food with the rest of the group or join the Heavy Ruck that steps off at 3:00. |
