U2C3 Patio and on Zoom
Let’s gather outside, weather permitting, and socially distanced, to practice 30 minutes of meditation with some informal discussion afterward. Please bring a chair, cushion, or mat appropriate for a concrete or grass surface. Plan to arrive wearing a mask. You may also join us on Zoom by going to www.uucorpus.org and click on the blue “Join Us on Zoom” button. Never tried meditation before? Join us 15 minutes early for some brief instruction. If the weather is rainy or below 60 degrees, the meditation will be held online only. |
