This class meets two consecutive weeks and is a Certification.
Reiki (Ray-Key), a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, is a holistic therapy that promotes self-healing, balances and harmonizes the body, the mind, emotions, and spirit. Reiki is administered through a Laying of hands by a practitioner that is attuned to the higher energetic frequency of Reiki. The practitioner acts as a channel, with the goal of improving the flow of energy.
An introduction to the fundamentals including history and principles of Reiki. The Level One student is attuned to Reiki and given the tools to provide Reiki to themselves, friends, family, pets and the environment.
