STEEPED is a course designed for you to learn the fundamentals of becoming a yoga teacher.
We will learn
how to teach an asana (posture) class, including sequencing, finding your unique voice, and more
the basics of breathwork and meditation practices,
the foundations of yoga philosophy
best practices for being a skillful teacher
how to run your yoga teaching business, including how make your training investment money back
the history of yoga in the West
This course will run in-person March 3rd through July 2nd, meeting from 10 am-5 pm the first weekend of March-July.
The weekends are:
March 3-5, 2023
March 31-April 2, 2023
May 5-7, 2023
June 2-4, 2023
June 30-July 2, 2023
Each month we will also spend two Tuesday nights from 6-8 pm meeting via Zoom to check in and to practice teaching both online as well as in-person. Our business modules will also take place during this time.
