You will feel welcome and supported, as you are… More taught to experience all of the benefits of yoga regardless of your shape, size, age, gender or ability.
This upbeat, body-positive class will assist you in modifying yoga poses to your body's ability, to become strong, balanced, open, and flexible with a combination of movement, meditation and breath work. You will be offered yoga pose options, and be able what works best for you.
Each class is $10.
