| Details: | This virtual course focuses on a technique called faux ceramics that uses accessible materials and has been reimagined during the pandemic. Faux ceramics is a sculptural technique that combines historical and contemporary methods, comparable to a fusion of paper mâché and air-dry clay. We will develop sculptures together using this non-traditional building method through a series of prerecorded video demonstrations, exciting zoom presentations, and fun class exercises. This course includes live Zoom class sessions and prerecorded content.
