| Details: | Total Training is a small group personal training class for Cancer Survivors in any chapter of their journey.
This class is taught by a Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer and includes; goal setting, nutrition wellness coaching, cardio, weight resistance training, stretching and breathing techniques.
