| Details: | Total Training is a small group personal training class for Cancer Survivors in any chapter of their journey. This class is taught by a Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer and includes; goal setting, nutrition wellness coaching, cardio, weight resistance training, stretching and breathing techniques. The class is tailored to fit the needs of each individual in class. This class is FREE and registration is required. |
