| Details: | Yoga4Cancer is a practice based on research in oncology, taught by a trained and certified Y4C teacher.
It is our mission to create a loving environment for participants to build a healthy immune system, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve emotional and physical side effects caused by cancer and treatments.
This class is open to all cancer survivors in any chapter of their journey. Class is also open to caregivers.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to complete an intake process.
