We will be holding a Mental Health First Aid class. May 14th. This is an 8 hour class that will teach you how to respond to someone who might be struggling or at a crisis level with a mental health Illness. This class is open to anyone who wants to learn how to help support good mental health in our community. Class size will be limited to 10, so sign up soon.
This class is free to attendees and open to anyone interested in learning about mental health. You do not have to work in healthcare to participate. |
