| Details: | The Michigan Inventors Coalition Expo 2026 is the 14th annual innovation-focused event organized in partnership with Michigan State University’s Regional Economic Innovation (REI) Center. It gathers inventors, entrepreneurs, startups, patent professionals, and economic development stakeholders for a full day of programming centered on turning ideas into market-ready products.
The event features expert speaker panels, educational sessions on commercialization, an invention showcase where participants display prototypes and early-stage products, and structured networking opportunities with mentors and industry partners. A key highlight is the “Spin, Pitch, & Sell” competition, where inventors present ideas for feedback, exposure, and prizes.
