Details: | The Evansville Philharmonic celebrates Decades of Pop! performing music from the last eight decades featuring Broadway artist Dan Domenech on Saturday, March 18, at 7 p.m. at the Victory Theatre.
The Orchestra takes the audience to from Blues to Hollywood with musical selections from the Wizard of Oz and then performs music from the 1950’s to 2013 with singer Dan Domenech performing Come Fly with Me, the EPO playing the Beatles' Love Me Do, I Want to Hold Your Hand, & A Hard Day’s Night. Then the program moves to Pop hits made popular by Led Zeppelin, Freddie Mercury, Journey, Michael Jackson, Styx, Aerosmith, Pharrell Williams and more!
With his remarkable vocal range and versatility, Dan Domenech has captivated audiences across 49 states and 8 countries. As a touring artist and on Broadway, he has distinguished himself as one of the industry's leading men. In addition to his musical achievements, Mr. Domenech has made guest appearances on popular television shows such as "Glee" and "Gotham," and worked with distinguished film directors including Ben Stiller, Brett Ratner, Ivan Reitman, and Adam McKay. |
