| Details: | Join this special free class hosted by the Roger Maris Cancer Center. This offering is open to any and all cancer survivors, those currently in treatment or in remission.
A gentle therapeutic yoga class using mindfulness, breath and movement to enter into a state of ease and relaxation in a supportive group setting.
Postures will be modified as needed for physical limitations. No experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one! |
