| Details: | We all need caffeine, we all need community, and we all need a walk, so let's do it together!
These free mom and kid gatherings are designed for community building, making mom friends, and asking movement and body questions to our perinatal movement specialist Colleen Flaherty, CSCS!
We'll meet *outside* the Arts Council of Fayetteville in downtown before hitting up a coffee shop together. Nothing better than supporting Small Businesses! From there, we'll head out for a casual 30-40 minute stroll led by Colleen.
Please bring your own water, mask, and snacks for you and littles. We'll abide by physical distancing requirements on our walk. |
