Introducing an art skill's building class especially for kids!

We meet once a week for 1 hour and work on drawing skills!
These classes are especially created for Elementary Kids!

Have a young artist who loves to draw and wishes to increase their drawing skills? This is the class for them!

We'll be working on different themes each month:
November: Animals-Use simple shapes to learn how to draw animals building on skills in proportions, texture, movement and perspective.
December: Human Figures-Use simple shapes to learn how to draw people building on skills in proportions, texture, action and perspective.
January: Mythical Figures-Combine imagination with realism to explore various creatures found in myths and legends.
February: Landscapes/Seascapes- How to see and visually represent land using perspective, textures, and details.
March: Dinosaurs/Monsters-Explore forms and shapes of dinosaurs and monsters focusing on shapes and texture.
April: Aliens/Robots-Create friendly and non-friendly posters utilizing shapes, shading, and details.
May: Optical Illusions-use our imaginations to create abstract designs that create optical illusions.

Registration required. Instructor will only be there if there are kids registered. No Walk-ins as these classes occur before or after our normal studio hours. $15 per class.

All art supplies provided for each class. Students welcome to use their own Sketchbook if desired.

Age recommended: K-5th grades.

To maintain safety for all, masks are required for in studio. CDC guidelines are followed in terms of cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. Class size is limited to 6 students to maintain distancing and provide one-on-one support and help.
