Each month we come together around every New Moon and Full Moon. New Moon, allows us to set new intentions and new goals. Full Moon, allows us to release what's no longer serving us.
We become aware of the energy around us, as well as the energy with in us. We use the power of "The Yoga of Awareness," KUNDALINI YOGA to help us realign and balance our energy systems aka our chakras.
Understand that each month comes with new intentions, opportunities, and challenges. All designed to help strengthen our unique gifts and purposes.
So be ready to MOVE! Move your body, mind, and spirit! This is an ALL LEVELS class, catered to help even our beginner yogis. Come prepared to learn and practice a variety of yoga postures, breath work, meditation and more. Bring yoga mat and blanket. Get cozy during our savasana gong, sound bowl, chimes, sound healing. |
