| Details: | Meet up a little before 8 am every Saturday in the lobby of Choice Health & Fitness for the group run. Indoor on the track if you have a membership, or outdoors if the weather permits. Either way you will probably find someone who runs a similar pace that you can chat with while you run. You do not need to be a member to join a group run. Please message us with any questions or if you are new and planning to attend so we can welcome you! |
