| Details: | Spend your Saturday with us for a joyful, drop-in day of creative upcycling at MORE JOY. From 11AM - 6PM, we invite you to explore your creativity in our warm, open studio setting. Whether you come solo or bring a friend, this is your time to unwind, add intentional color to your clothes, and connect with others in the vibrant act of self-expression.
What to Expect:
Drop-In Flexibility: Arrive whenever youre ready, plan to stay for about an hour, and stay longer if inspired.
Dash Dye, Sew, and Bleach Stations: Use our dash-dye setup, sewing machines, and bleach station to reimagine your pieces with textures and colors that reflect your style.
No Waiting: Well pressure set your piece so its ready to take home the same day.
Bring Your Own Item: Bring a loved item to upcycle for $10 per piece. We also offer $10 t-shirts to start fresh with something blank.
Choose Colors That Speak to You: This is an intuitive, creative space for you to explore colors that resonate. If you'd like to continue crafting at home, take time to experiment and purchase your own dye kit afterward.
For All Ages: Our community event is open to all ages and skill levels. Street parking is available nearby for your convenience.
Cotton Rayon: Double-check your garments to ensure the fabric is made of cotton or rayonthese fibers work best with our dyeing techniques. Polyester will not hold dye.
