| Details: | YOGA ANYONE? This is the perfect beginning Mat-Based Class
(Thursdays for 4-weeks/adult and teen) Instructor contact: Donna Rovere; seashoreshanti@gmail.com.
Walk-ins are welcome at a per diem rate of $12.00 per class.
The class format will be Gentle Yoga (slow paced, no standing). Emphasis will be on static stretching to improve flexibility, joint mobility and range of motion. A perfect class for beginners! Any questions can be directed to Donna.
There will be a Yoga Waiver Form that will need to be signed by every participant.
