Attire:
Wear your uniform with hairbow (no poms).
If you dont have a uniform, we recommend purchasing a team shirt or wearing team colors.
Weather Policy:
The Slammers determine any cancellations, delays, or rescheduling.
No ticket refundsonly a makeup date will be provided if the event is postponed.
Athlete Check In Info
Athlete check-in will be at the SOUTH GATE at 4:40 pm.
Each athlete must have one parent\/guardian remain with them while waiting to access the stadium at 5:05 pm.
If you have additional children with you and no other adults in your party, they will stay with you.
After entering at 5:05 pm, we will proceed to the lawn\/staging area. Parents will be able to access their seats once we have the athletes with coaches\/staff.
Please inform the rest of your party that they must get in line at the MAIN GATE, as additional guests will not be allowed in the south gate.
We will not take any late athletes through the south gate after 5:05, you must access the main gate at this time.
Pick-Up Instructions
After each performance, athletes will immediately exit the field and be staged on the platform\/lawn near the first base line.
ONE parent\/guardian must meet us at the lawn area for pick-up. Do not remove your child from the line while we are walking to the pick up area.
Athletes will be lined up by location, and pick-up will begin only when instructed to ensure a safe and organized process.
You will have a clear view of your athlete during their performance and release. However, we ask that a parent\/guardian be ready for immediate pick-up as soon as the performance ends.
