| Details: | Join us for an exciting club meeting featuring mountain and hammered dulcimer lessons, jamming and plenty of fellowship. We meet the first Sunday of each month and offer various opportunities to play as a group, as well. All acoustic stringed instruments are to join us.
The purpose of KADC is to teach, share, enjoy and promote the playing of dulcimers and other acoustic stringed instruments. We strive to preserve the musical heritage of Appalachia by introducing traditional instruments and music to a larger community through instructional opportunities, workshops, and public performances in a variety of venues, such as libraries, historical societies, senior groups, health care facilities, schools and festivals. |
