ABOUT THE CLASS:
If you have the desire to build a strong body (and booty) and learn how to squat under the supervision of the highest qualified coaches in the country, then you won't want to miss this class. All skill levels are welcome. This class will be socially distanced as each person will have their own platform, rack, and bar. No one is "too weak" to attend. We will have the gym all to ourselves so you can learn proper squat technique alongside other females.
You will leave feeling empowered with a new base skill that you can then grow upon This is a No Judgement Zone. Just you, the ladies, and our Starting Strength Certified (SSC) Coaches who are excited to show you the ropes.
