| Details: | In The Ba Gua Zhang Method of Lu Shui-Tian, we train traditional Chinese martial arts as complete systems ? not just forms, but the internal principles, body mechanics, partner work, and practical applications that give the art meaning.
Our monthly Saturday training focuses on the functional use of movement through partner drills, structure training, footwork, power generation, timing, sensitivity, and martial application. Rooted in the teachings and philosophy of traditional Ba Gua Zhang, training develops balance, awareness, adaptability, discipline, and whole-body connection.
Classes include Ba Gua Zhang, Qi Gong, conditioning, stance work, forms, partner drills, and martial applications designed to cultivate both internal development and practical skill.
Whether your interest is self-defense, preserving traditional martial arts culture, physical development, or personal growth, our goal is to connect classical training with real skill and understanding.
Guests are welcome the 1st Saturday of every month from 10:00 AM?12:00 Noon at 573 South Union St, Lawrence, MA.
