We first met on June 21, 2015. Which just happened to be the first International Day of Yoga. Look at us! Still going strong, together, after all these years.
You dont need to be fixed. You dont need a new version of yourself; youre invited to set down the weight of the world, breathe a little deeper, and remember who you are.
No expectations, no performance just real people, real breath, under the trees.
Bring a mat, bring a friend, bring your whole beautiful, messy self.
