We will meet at Fleet Feet Lincoln at 7:00 AM. All paces and distances are welcome. The run is free!
We will have a special guest with us from Lincoln Physical Therapy, Troy Goetsch. He will be available after the run in case you all have any questions!
Happy Trailz Running will also be present to talk about some local upcoming race opportunities.
