| Details: | Allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments to transport you to a deep meditative state.
Heated eye masks will be provided.
These 60-minute events will be in the loft at The Wagnalls Memorial in Lithopolis.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket to lie down. Chairs will also be available.
These sound baths will be led by certified sound healing practitioner and yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500.
