Arkansas Fly Fishers Presents: "Essential Patterns: Fast, Easy, and Effective" with Cody Griffin

The Arkansas Fly Fishers invite you to a special fly tying clinic with Cody Griffin of Fin & Feather Fly Fishing on Sunday, January 11, from 2?4 PM at the Witt Stephens Nature Center in Little Rock.

Cody will lead “Essential Patterns: Fast, Easy, and Effective,” a streamer-focused workshop highlighting flies that can be tied in under ten minutes. He?s refined his approach to make these patterns simple, durable, and deadly effective on the water.

Many of you know Cody as a streamer junkie from the Little Red and White Rivers, where he routinely helps anglers connect with the brown of a lifetime. His pursuit of big fish extends far and wide ? from Belize to Louisiana and anywhere else trophy fish call home.

This clinic is perfect for all skill levels ? whether you?re just getting started in fly tying or looking to make your streamer box more efficient and effective.

Participants are expected to bring a vise, basic tying tools, and appropriate thread (some like bringing a small light). AFF provides the other needed materials. Participants are able to see a live, magnified video of the instructor's fly throughout.

Don't have your own tying equipment but curious about tying? AFF has a limited number of high quality Regal vises and tying tools available. Reserve early to ensure access.

The cost is $15 for AFF members and $25 for non-members. Space is limited!
