"PARATI is the innovative musical duo of Margarita Kleinman and Martin Espino. Their history is a long one, back in 1985-2004, they were among the few to pioneer the huge depth of Latin American Folk, Indigenous and Contemporary music and its instruments."
Latin American songs and contemporary music from Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina, El Salvador, Brazil and more! Martin and Margarita are some of the first musicians living in the US, to present these diverse musical styles back in the early 80s through the 90s. Margarita is one of the very first popular female musicians to sing, not only in Spanish, but in Brazilian Portuguese and indigenous languages of the Americas, like Maya, Zapateco, Nahuatl, and others. Come and see these two great seasoned professional folkloristas!"
