Our Self-Defense Sunday Workshops are a basic introduction to hand-to-hand defenses and non-lethal weapons. In our interactive 90-minute workshop, we will go over basic strikes and combinations along with non-lethal weapons like stun guns, pepper spray, and pressure point tools. If you've always wanted to take a self-defense seminar but haven't, this is the opportunity you have been looking for. For the comfort of our attendees, this is a women-only class and we always have a rape crisis advocate on site should anything we be triggering.

Can boys or men attend?

At this time, for the comfort of those attending, our classes are exclusively for women and those who identify as female.

Can I attend if I'm injured?
