| Details: | Fort Collins based Parker adapts her painterly technique to describe the beauty of everyday life. Exuberant color and active brushwork uncover a subtle grace so often overlooked in a busy world. Since 2014, Parker has been drawn to the bold and loose brushstrokes of other artists and jumped on board the Daily Painting movement, which emphasizes letting go of perfectionist tendencies and painting boldly. Inspiration strikes from everywhere, but Parker finds displaying the beauty in the ordinary to be surprisingly meaningful and exciting.
