Friday Dance Dose offers a practice of conscious freeform dance. The space is held with care and intention. We gather to call forth our essence, feel our aliveness and MOVE our BODY, together and within! We create a powerful cauldron of healing that has tremendous ripple effects.

Dance and move with the music however your body is called to.. there are no steps to follow.. no right way to dance. You may be called to be still or lie down at times and dance wildly at other times. You may want to stay in one spot for a while or you may move all around the room. YOU are very welcome here.

To keep the integrity of the space, please arrive on time ready to move with whatever is alive for you. Show up with your curiosity and mindfulness, wearing comfortable clothes to move in and water. Barefoot is best, but if you need the extra support, you may wear special dance shoes (no shoes that you wear outside). No talking or phones on in the dance room. No alcohol/drug use. Ages 18+ welcome.

If you are experiencing any sick symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with covid, please stay home. Mask-wearing is optional. Please take your measure on what your needs are.
