This women's telehealth support group, led by Carla Beedy, LAC, offers a safe, nurturing space for adult women from all backgrounds who are seeking connection, healing, and communityall from the comfort of home. At AZRI, we believe growth happens through genuine connection, and you dont have to do it alone.

This group is especially supportive for women who are:

Managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, or emotional overwhelm
Navigating motherhood, caregiving, or professional life
Healing from trauma in a gender-specific, supportive environment
