| Details: | Enjoy quality time with your kids while moving your bodies in this 60 minute Family Yoga Flow class. This class features low impact movements, breathing exercises, partner poses and more. Children are encouraged to bring a stuffed animal along as a breathing buddy during class. Best for children age 5+. One adult per family needs to register. Please bring yoga mats if you have them. Extra mats are available if needed.
