| Details: | The Missoula Farmers' Market was formed in 1972 as a local farm and garden market. We're open all growing season long, from the first Saturday in May to the end of October. In the spring you will find veggie starts and greens, summertime brings tomatoes, huckleberries, cherries, peaches, melons and corn, and fall's bounty includes squash pumpkins, apples and garlic. Locally grown, raised, gathered and processed meat, eggs and mushrooms are available all season long.
Grab a cup of coffee or a cold beverage and a treat from one of our bakers and prepared food vendors who hail from Missoula and all over the world as you stroll through the market to the tune of the day's musicians. Enjoy the atmosphere and browse a wide selection of canned vegetables, jellies, jams, and sauces, dried teas, honey, handcrafted face and body care products and other value-added products made from local ingredients. And of course, don't forget your seasonal fruits and veggies!
