Awaken Your Chakras are part of Abhyaasa’s Signature Workshops offered monthly, open to everyone, and included in Abhyaasa memberships.
Each Awaken Your Chakras workshop will explore one of the main energy centers through mantras, meditations, mudras, and other techniques to create balance in the physical and energetic bodies. Abhyaasa Signature Workshops are suitable for students of all levels of experience and vary in format.
You choose whether to join via Livestream or In-Studio.
