Junior Development Program Description:
Players continue working on technical foundation and learning to adjust their style based on opponent’s preferences. All programs include drills, match play, and fitness sessions. Use of green dot and yellow balls. Racquet size: 26-17 inches. Class length: 90 minutes on-court and 30 minutes off-court (strength and conditioning). |
