The nation's first LGBTQ+ choir is celebrating our 46th season, and 20 seasons of Cynthia Powell as Artistic Director!

Considering Matthew Shepard by Craig Hella Johnson

Saturday, March 25, 7:30 p.m.

This stirring, three-part oratorio commemorates the 25th anniversary of Matthew Shepard's death. The dramatic score tells the true story of a young gay college student from Laramie, Wyoming, who was beaten, tortured, tied to a fence and left to die. Employing a variety of musical styles, including gospel, traditional hymns, blues and folk, the simple yet poignant melodies of the score hold an appeal to all listeners.

This not-to-be-missed Pride concert is the sequel to our wildly popular Stonewall Rocks concert series, featuring great moments in pop and rock music that includes the Beatles, Queen, Gloria Gaynor, Billy Joel, and more, all with a sensational band. Celebrate the music of Pride with the Stonewall Chorale, the nation's first LGBTQ+ chorus!

Season ticket packages do not include tickets to any fundraiser or cabaret events. Prices for those fundraising events vary from our standard concert pricing, and locations may vary. Please be sure to read details for each individual event.

General Admission (first-come, first-served seating): $35 in advance, $40 at the door (subject to availability)

Premium Reserved Seating: $60 in advance only

Student/Senior (60+): $25 in advance only. Student/Senior discounts are not available at the door.
