| Details: | Bernie Bygott had the map of Ireland on his face, even sporting gorgeous red hair! His cousin was Sean Potts, tin whistle player for The Chieftans. Like many good Irshmen, he opened a neighborhood bar. His was in Northern Liberties in 1988. In 1999 Bernie went into a vegetative coma, trying to stop a man from attacking his wife & son in front of their home in center city His wife began running their tavern & soon after began bringing her studdents who were not opera singers to sing in the side room. That was 24 years ago. Please join us for this uniquely Irish event to celebrate Bernie, Ireland & the Irish in all of us!. Featuring Sheridan Ruitinm & Friends, Irish food & Irish friendship!! |
