Join WHYY on August 5th to celebrate the hard work and creativity of our WHYY Youth Employment Program interns at our WHYY Pathways to Media Careers Showcase! Come see their fabulous work during an open house gallery of youth media created this summer!

You will have an opportunity to view and directly engage with the work of the 51 students who completed paid media-related work experiences through WHYYs Pathways to Media Careers youth employment program which provides opportunities for talented teenagers in our Media Labs program to get hands-on experience in film, editing, or journalism. Pathways to Careers sets students on bright paths for future success.

Event Schedule

4:00 PM Food and refreshments

4:15 PM Student-hosted program (approx. 30 mins)

5 - 7 PM Drop-in Interactive Showcase: Meet interns, explore their projects, and help them grow their networking skills

Parking and Directions:

There is parking at the National Constitution Center and on Arch by 7th Street. If you arrive via SEPTA Regional Rail, please go to Jefferson Station and exit via 10th Street. If you arrive via PATCO, please exit at the Franklin Square stop. WHYYs main entrance is on 6th Street between Arch and Race.
