Welcome to the Yth to Yoga! Tour 2025, a movement dedicated to fostering wellness, healing, and connection within Indigenous communities through the transformative practice of yoga.
We invite you to join us on this journey. Whether youre new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are designed to welcome everyone, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. Together, we are building a healthier, more connected future for our communities.
Session 1: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Session 2: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
