| Details: | Join us to practice yoga outdoors overlooking the water where you can sink your feet into the earth, breathe in the fresh air and connect with mother nature. There is plenty of space to pick your spot and roll out your mat on the fresh green grass. You will leave this all levels flow class feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Meet us at our studio to check in and we will practice in the park nearby. In the case of rain we will practice in our studio. We also have yoga mats to borrow or purchase if needed.
We offer outdoor yoga each week!
