We made it to Friday! A longer version of our traditional Ompractice Vinyasa Yoga class to fit into your morning schedule. Flow through a creative sequence of poses focusing on linking conscious breath to mindful movement to awaken your strength, energy, and mobility. Move into your weekend feeling grounded and invigorated!
Class Level: all levels
Ease/Intensity: Moderate – you’ll get a great workout, (and still be restful after class)
Prerequisite: Previous yoga experience strongly recommended
Camera On Policy: We require all students to have their camera ON for the duration of class. This is for a few reasons: for your safety, for the teacher to be able to teach clearly, and for the integrity of the class. This also ensures that our classes are a safe environment for all students!
