Join me on March 18-19, 2023 in San Diego (Poway), CA and learn how to be an amazing support to new parents during such an important time in their lives.
This 2-day workshop includes a training manual, binder of resources/materials, daily snacks/drinks, and ongoing support by me while you work towards your certification. A 1 year CAPPA membership is included.
Workshop hours are 8:30am-6:30pm Pacific Time each day
Workshop price: $575* *books, enrollment in CAPPA Academy, and CPR certification are not included. NOTE: 18 Nursing CEUs also available to those who need them for an additional $15.
$50 late fee begins on March 4th
Certified postpartum doulas earn anywhere from $25-$65 per hour, but more importantly, provide an invaluable service to new parents.

FOR IN-PERSON TRAININGS (COVID modifications): *Indoor, in-person trainings will be kept to no more than 20 persons depending on venue. *In the event of a resurgence of COVID and restrictions of in-person courses is prohibited, students will be offered this course live, online via Zoom. *Instructor will not be verifying students' proof vaccine. This is done on the honor system. *This course includes group work activities. If any student is uncomfortable being less than 6 feet away other classmates, student should not attend this training until they feel more comfortable being in close proximity to others or attend a virtual training instead. *Any student who feels they may be sick should transfer to another training date. If it is apparent to the instructor that any student is ill during class, they will be asked to leave and attend a future training date within 12 months of original training date. There are no refunds. *Hand sanitizer will be made available for all students, as well as access to soap and water. *Instructor holds no responsibility/liability for ANY illness(es) that may be spread during a training. Again, students should NOT attend an in-person training if they are feeling ill or exhibiting any signs of illness.*
