| Details: | Starting your journey of change can be overwhelming. Have you had a series of false starts? The problem may not be your motivation, but a lack of a plan! Join Board-Certified Coach, Kristina Watanabe, to embark on a journey of creating a vision that leads to your best self!
The workshop will begin with the setting of an intention, and a short meditation to guide you through the development of your vision. We will create a flipbook for your portable vision board. No longer will you need a large wall to remind you of your path. You can throw your intentions in your bag, allowing you to set up wherever you are working, meditating, or just being.
The ticket includes a blank vision book, magazines for imagery, and lots of scrapbooking supplies to create your personal visual guide.
If you have specific images you want to work with, please bring them!
BONUS: Once you pay the total price, you may register for our GROWTH offering to return and work on your book monthly for $5 for each additional setting! |
