| Details: | This yoga class is designed for kids ages 2 to 5 (pre-k) for this guided yoga adventure.
Of course, kids can't sit for full standard yoga class, so we add fun, adventure, music and activities.
We do start with the basics of mindfulness.
This is for kids, parents can watch, join in or get a coffee next door! |
