No matter where you plan on giving birth, belly dance for birth will INCREASE YOUR CONFIDENCE from the earliest stages of labor.

These gentle dance moves are easy to learn, easy to apply and will be key to integrating these sensations so you can work WITH your body rather than tensing up AGAINST it.

Birth dance is the #1 tool I used during my last birth.

I was amazed at how easy it was to channel the contractions (I called them "waves") now that I knew HOW.

This in-person class will be held in a relaxed setting, with guided connecting with baby, birth dance, and birth envisioning. This will be a sacred space where you can:
