To fully embody our wisdom and heal in our mindful practices we need to give the mind, body and heart space to rest, settle and reflect. This offering is designed to create a space for integration, give you time to be with yourself, and let yourself just be.
We start with meditation and intuitive movement with breath, then relax into a restful state allowing the frequencies of Chakra tuned crystal sound bowls to wash over you.
